3 LEVELS OF SUPPORT: Stabilizer, Conditioner and Toner
WHY 3 LEVELS OF SUPPORT?
We are all unique people and we all have different life experiences resulting in various physical ailments impacting our bodies. Bunions, flat feet, neuropathy, hammer toes, knee and hip replacement, back injuries and surgeries are some examples. Arch supports are designed to address your lifestyle and overall health. When properly worn, the results can positively impact over well being!
STABLIZER
Our most corrective and strongest of all the supports. Stabilizers are designed to strengthen and align the foot as well as improve balance and posture. Stabilizers will gradually adjust your body overtime and will require your foot to be trained. Overwearing the stabilizer during break-in period can result in sore feet if you do not follow the recommended wear schedule.
Stabilizers are used for general walking and standing and normal daily activities but not for athletic activity.
Stabilizers are generally worn 1 to 2 hours the first day of break-in. An additional hour is added each day to ensure gentle adjustments and relief from discomfort and pain.
CONDITIONER
Designed to reinforce the progress of the stabilizer at a moderate level of support. Easier for for adaption, and provides a transition from the stabilizer while training your feet and aligning your body.
Conditioners are used for exercising, high energy activity and prolonged walking.
Conditioners are generally worn 2 hours the first day with an hour added daily if not wearing the stabilizer.
TONER
Toners are designed to gently remind and correct each day's positive gains in foot posture, alignment and strength.
Toners do not have a break-in period and in most cases, are worn at the end of a day or anytime you want to relax.
The Fitting Process - As easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. FOOT IMPRINTS
A tool called a Harris Mat is used for foot impressions. The mat is inked on the bottom side. One foot steps on the mat and the footprint transfers to paper under the inked side of the mat. The process is repeating for both feet. Reviewing the prints is critical because it will show potential issues such as flat feet, bunions, and balance and alignment issues.
2. FOOT MEASUREMENTS
A traditional Brannock device is used to measure the length of each foot. Each foot width is measured as well as arch length. These measurements are used to determine the size of the orthotic needed. Since we stock 100s of orthotics, finding the right size and orthotic style to meet your needs is easy to do!
3. TEST WALK
Arch Supports are inserted into your shoes. The arch support butts up against the back of the shoe. Velcro can be used to hold the arch support in place once purchased. The arch support is then covered with a neutral shoe cushion. A neutral shoe cushions does not have any extra curves or fake arches. The shoe cushions are rubber based and can be hand washed and air dried for freshness.

Yes! Our orthotics come with a Limited 5-Year Warranty.
We stand behind the durability of our arch supports. If your supports crack, chip, or break due to normal wear, we’ll replace them FREE of charge—just provide proof of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Often, a change in size or style is all it takes to improve break-in period results in your feet, knees, hips, or back. - Seven additional days of wear after refits must occur before any refunds will be processed.
- Adjustment Period:
Remember: Pain doesn’t happen overnight, and relief takes time.
Following the recommended wear schedule provided at purchase is essential for success. - Refunds: Refunds will take up to 14 days to fully process
- Shoe cushions are non-refundable due to health and safety standards.
- A 5% surcharge will be applied if initially purchased on a credit card
- A $100 restocking fee applies per pair if returned

We offer a special trade-in program for children under age 14.
Because most children’s feet continue to grow until around age 14, it’s essential to ensure their orthotics remain properly fitted.

- Eligibility:
Applies to youth under 14 years old. - Refit Responsibility:
Parents must have their child examined every 6 months if foot growth is occurring.
Wearing an outgrown orthotic can lead to pain and complications. - Trade-In Benefit:
When a child outgrows their arch supports, Mobile Arch Supports will: - Accept the old pair
- Provide a 50% discount off the regular retail price of a new, properly fitted support.
- Adjustments are limited per pair to once every 6 months.
